Return Policy
Our goal is that you be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the guidelines of our return policy.
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please call us within 5 business days of receipt of the order.
Go Figure only accepts store merchandise for store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns.
Go Figure will accept item(s) for exchange or store merchandise for up to 90 days after purchase.
All custom orders are final sale.
The item(s) must be in the original packing they came in.
Original receipt required.

With skates, they must be in the original condition and not skated in for Go Figure to exchange them. Once skates are sharpened we do not accept them for exchange or store credit. Special order* skates are not accepted for exchange or store credit. Should you need to return, not exchange, your skates there will be 15% restocking fee.
You can process a store credit or exchange for the item at the nearest Go Figure location to you or you can ship the item(s) via the shipment method of your choice.
Please note: We cannot provide credit for merchandise that has been worn, washed or used, boots that have been mounted, closeout or custom items. Tights will not be accepted once opened. You must include all packaging with the tags intact and attached to the garment. If items are returned without original packaging and tags or have been visibly worn, we reserve the right to not accept the return.
*Special order skates are skates that Go Figure does not stock in the store.
